While travelling home eastward behind this guy I noticed him throw out a lit cigarette butt out around Island Lake. Still travelling and within 10 minutes later he had another cigarette lit just east of Coleman, Alberta where in the video you can see him throwing it out. So two cigarettes although I only had the one on video. He also stopped in at the 7/11 in Coleman, Alberta and thatÂ?s where I last saw him. That would be around 9:10 pm or so. Maybe they would have him on surveillance. Anyways I hope you guys can nail this bastard. Who knows how many he threw out the window on his travel. I do have more videos where you can see him ashing his cigarette, but the videos were to big to upload.
