driver

I was driving from the No Frills/ Gas Station and when I turned on Photography drive the Driver had the trunk open and dumping bags onto the side of the road. He saw me he closed the trunk and run inside and drove of really fast and turned into south Blackcreek and their was someone crossing the road and he almost run them over. But since their was traffic he could not go very far. And I took a picture of the license plate. He then he drove into Alliance. It was brown/ beige bags with some black stuff popping out. I am not sure what he was dumping but he really was in a hurry since he saw that I saw him dumping garbage. He was an Asian male around 60 years old.
