This man was driving eastbound. He pulled off on the shoulder of Steeles Ave., took two grocery bags full of garbage out of his car, walked back and threw them over the bridge into the Rouge River. He then drove off and turned north on the Ninth Line, cutting in front of a number of other drivers to do that. A real gem.
