First this guy throws out his empty cigarette pack, then a few moments later comes the wrap from his new pack - since it was very very windy this trash flew onto my car. Down the road a bit - out comes the butt. Let me say once again - it was very very windy. This man turned into the Cedar Park Motel off Hwy 97.
