This is the same guy that had the truck with the plate number BKB 8803 he just got a new truck.. I could report this guy every day .. Trash and smoke butts just fall out of this guys truck.. He also likes to drop still burning smokes on my lawn, so far this summer I have put out 3 . Luck for me my house hasn't burnt down yet ...
