I was sitting in my car waiting to pick up my brother, saw a woman and what looked to be a daughter run out of the tanning salon into their car parked across the street. I then saw the girl dump liquid contents out of a McDonalds cup onto the street, proceed to drop the cup on the ground, and closed the door. Then she opened the door and proceeded to drop even more garbage on the ground. I opened my car and said "Pick up your garbage!". The older woman just looked at me, ignored me and continued to talk on her phone. Not only did she litter, but with a little girl in her car, was driving while talking on a cell phone, AND was driving with a dog in her lap.
