The driver flicked all of her ashes out the window as she smoked and then tossed the cigarette butt out. This happened twice this morning, once on the Barnet Highway (close to Hastings) at about 7:45 a.m. and then again on Powell Street (at Jackson) in Vancouver about 8:10 a.m. License plate holder said "King of Cars BC".
