think it was a cadillac....started to take notice of the car in my rearview mirror because he was dangerously switching back and forth between lanes at the intersection of Boucherie and HWY 97; and was following too closely and digging for something on his floor....not watching where he was going and following too closely behind me. That was when I noticed he kept ashing his cigarette through the sunroof...three times. I could see the sparks.
