As a passenger in vehicle driving from ferry we saw cigarette thrown onto the road from the driver. Took a picture of the car and license number ,when passing alongside of the vehicle, the woman driver was texting. This time of year there is fire bans due to no rain and dry conditions. Called police station next day and was told I would have to come down to file. Report and be willing to go to court as well was told to cal the Forest Fire line. Which. Tried but it put on hold for several minutes,then I hung up. Should be a better system in place.
