driver

I was behind this vehicle when the driver threw a lit cigarette butt out the window. I honked the horn to notify the driver I observed the incident. The traffic was slow and I was actually stopped and was able to view the cig butt directly beside my driver's door. The litterer driver has/had blond hair - at least shoulder length. Hard to tell if male or female. The vehicle was a Mitsubishi; silver/grey color.
