I was behind two teenage boys going through the Tim Hortin's drive through (Stevenson and Vedder Rd) and then was behind them driving up Stevenson Road. I witness the passenger throw at least one, perhaps two Tim Horton's cups out the window into the bushes and then turn left into the school parking lot.
