I assume it is a half seat in the back as the rear passenger a male in a blue plaid shirt was sitting sideways not forward facing. The passenger in the front tossed a cigarette butt onto the road on North Sparks just past Terraceview Lodge.

The driver flicked a LIT cigarette out her window and it landed in front of my car and ambers went everywhere. Her right blinker was on and she was swerving to the shoulder and back again. I followed her past 3 exits still with her blinker on and she never turned until we got to the exit off HWY 99 for 16th avenue. I filmed her driving (hands free dash video) and I pulled up beside her and she was eating while driving which may be the swerving. Completely careless when we all can barely breath in this horrific smoke!

There was an accident on the highway, traffic was detoured to side streets. I was behind a van who's passenger was smoking. If you are facing Howard Wongs, they flicked their butt into the grassy ditch just after the parking lot on the right had side, heading towards Harris Road. We were at a stand still when I took a photo of their vehicle, traffic then proceeded to move and I was unable to say anything.

I was following him and noticed him flicking his ashes out every wp seconds or so. Sure enough when he finished smoking it, he flicked it out the window. I followed him into the parking lot of the TD bank and confronted him. So not only that, as he got out of the vehicle he was on crutches.... Shouldnt have been driving.
