Three occupants (?) in a small blue toyota pickup with white letting of Toyota across the tailgate. I assume it is a half seat in the back as the rear passenger a male in a blue plaid shirt was sitting sideways not forward facing. The passenger in the front tossed a cigarette butt onto the road on North Sparks just past Terraceview Lodge.
