The driver threw a clear plastic cup and long plastic spoon from the driver's side window. The litter landed in the middle of the on-coming lane of traffic. We were directly behind the car and clearly saw the incident, the license plate and make and model of the vehicle. We were stunned that someone would do something so absolutely unnecessary and destructive.

It wasn't only the driver but passengers from the back (Pink haired girl, a caucasian male, and driver were littering... all in young adult/teen age). Seems to be plastic strings or plastic of some sort (white in colour). These people in the car were aware that they were littering and were laughing and staring at us (who were driving behind them) to see if we cared. Littered starting from intersection of Stephanie drive until we hit Wellingston St W.
