You guy driving beside me holding cigarette out the window. When we were stopped was dragging on it getting ready to toss. I rolled down my window and said don't even think about tossing that butt and he glared at me, dropped it then looked at me and made a questioning gesture with his arm as if to say "what are you going to do about it". What recourse do we have - nothing it seems. Just watch our province go up in flames, there seems to be no accountability...
