Driver was in line for the car wash and decided to clean the garbage from his car while he waited. He went into the circle K to ask the worker for a plastic bag to put the garbage in and instead of using one of the many trash cans around the gas station and at the entrance to the car wash, he decided to toss the bag on the side next to his car.
