After leaving the Tim Horton's, we were behind said vehicle, and the passenger tossed out 2 Tim Horton's iced coffee cups. They were heading north, and took the Highway 2 exit towards Red Deer. Passenger threw out garbage from his window three times. The first time it was a fast food container (ie. Nuggets, or Fry container), the second time it was plastic wrap from his straw/drink. And the third time I wasn't able to identify what it was but it was during rush hour and he was certainly deliberate about it. Really disappointing and ignorant.

Car was parked opposite 50 Queen Street, in alley between St. Peter Church and apartment building. Male was eating a large burger or sandwich, and when he was finished he tossed the wrapper and bag out the window, where they blew into the street. I was parked in my car waiting to pick up my wife, and made sure the male saw me writing down his licence #. He waved when he pulled away.

A paper bag, and a cup were thrown out of the window while we were stopped at the lights getting off the expressway onto Eglington. I honked my horn several times and put my hands up in an expression of exasperation. A finger was displayed at me. I then recorded the plate number. Car was silvery beige, but was covered in salt so color was not clear. Driver had longish hair but I could not tell the gender. We did make eye contact through the mirror.
