I was following this car - driver was butting his cigarette out the window and I was waiting to see if he tossed it but I think he passed it to the passenger because the butt was tossed out the passenger window. It was right where you have to head towards freeway entrance or towards metchosin - at the lights.

think it was a cadillac....started to take notice of the car in my rearview mirror because he was dangerously switching back and forth between lanes at the intersection of Boucherie and HWY 97; and was following too closely and digging for something on his floor....not watching where he was going and following too closely behind me. That was when I noticed he kept ashing his cigarette through the sunroof...three times. I could see the sparks.

The driver flicked all of her ashes out the window as she smoked and then tossed the cigarette butt out. This happened twice this morning, once on the Barnet Highway (close to Hastings) at about 7:45 a.m. and then again on Powell Street (at Jackson) in Vancouver about 8:10 a.m. License plate holder said "King of Cars BC".
